This is Article 13 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Unlawful Entry and Detainer.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Actions”, which is part of Title 8.01 “Civil Remedies and Procedure”. It contains 8 laws.

§ 8.01-130	Judgment not to bar action of trespass, ejectment, or unlawful detainer
§ 8.01-130.01	Unlawful detainer; expungement
