This is Chapter 26 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Uniform Disclaimer of Property Interests Act.” It is part of Subtitle V “Provisions Applicable to Probate and Nonprobate Transfers”, which is part of Title 64.2 “Wills, Trusts, and Fiduciaries”. It contains 15 laws.
