This is Chapter 25 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Acts Barring Property Rights.” It is part of Subtitle V “Provisions Applicable to Probate and Nonprobate Transfers”, which is part of Title 64.2 “Wills, Trusts, and Fiduciaries”. It contains 12 laws.
