This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Powers, Duties, and Liabilities.” It is part of Chapter 20 “Guardianship and Conservatorship”, which is part of Part D “Guardianship of Incapacitated Persons”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Fiduciaries and Guardians”, which is part of Title 64.2 “Wills, Trusts, and Fiduciaries”. It contains 12 laws.

It’s comprised of the following 12 sections.

§ 64.2-2027 Use of estate of incapacitated person in a state facility not limited by provisions relating to expenses
§ 64.2-2028 Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to be notified in certain cases
§ 64.2-2029 Application to guardians and conservators appointed pursuant to § 64.2-2115
