This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 16 “Uniform Power of Attorney Act”, which is part of Part B “Powers of Attorney”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Fiduciaries and Guardians”, which is part of Title 64.2 “Wills, Trusts, and Fiduciaries”.
