This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Creation, Validity, Modification, and Termination of Trust.” It is part of Chapter 7 “Uniform Trust Code”, which is part of Subtitle III “Trusts”, which is part of Title 64.2 “Wills, Trusts, and Fiduciaries”. It contains 23 laws.
