This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Assisted Living Facilities.” It is part of Chapter 18 “Facilities and Programs”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Licensure”, which is part of Title 63.2 “Welfare (Social Services)”. It contains 12 laws.
