This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Currency Issuance and Circulation.” It is part of Chapter 2 “Money and Currency”, which is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions”, which is part of Title 6.2 “Financial Institutions and Services”. It contains 3 laws.

It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.

§ 6.2-202	Issuance of currency and related prohibited acts
§ 6.2-203	Contracts and securities from illegal currency dealing void; recovery of payments
§ 6.2-204	Capital stock of certain entities vested in Commonwealth; proceedings to recover stock; liability
