This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Powers of Commission in Relation to Service.” It is part of Chapter 10 “Heat, Light, Power, Water and Other Utility Companies Generally”, which is part of Title 56 “Public Service Companies”. It contains 19 laws.
