This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Landlord Remedies.” It is part of Chapter 14 “Nonresidential Tenancies”, which is part of Subtitle III “Rental Conveyances”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”. It contains 5 laws.

It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.

§ 55.1-1413 Effect of failure of tenant in nonresidential rental property to vacate premises at expiration of term

§ 55.1-1415 Failure to pay certain rents after five days' notice forfeits right of possession
