This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Uniform Recognition of Acknowledgments Act.” It is part of Chapter 6 “Recordation of Documents”, which is part of Subtitle II “Real Estate Settlements and Recordation”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”. It contains 8 laws.
