This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 6 “Recordation of Documents”, which is part of Subtitle II “Real Estate Settlements and Recordation”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”. It contains 12 laws.

It’s comprised of the following 12 sections.
