This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Form and Effect of Deeds; Easements.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Form and Effect of Deeds and Covenants; Liens”, which is part of Subtitle I “Property Conveyances”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”. It contains 18 laws.
