This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Rule Against Perpetuities.” It is part of Chapter 1 “Creation and Limitation of Estates”, which is part of Subtitle I “Property Conveyances”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”. It contains 10 laws.
