This is Chapter 16 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Salvage, Nonrepairable, and Rebuilt Vehicles.” It is part of Subtitle IV “Dealers and Driver Training Schools”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”. It contains 21 laws.
