This is Article 21 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Safety Inspections.” It is part of Chapter 10 “Motor Vehicle and Equipment Safety”, which is part of Subtitle III “Operation”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”. It contains 25 laws.
