This is Article 20 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Loads and Cargoes.” It is part of Chapter 10 “Motor Vehicle and Equipment Safety”, which is part of Subtitle III “Operation”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”. It contains 3 laws.

It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.

§ 46.2-1155	Fastening load of logs, barrels, etc
§ 46.2-1156	Construction, maintenance and loading must prevent escape of contents; load covers; exemptions
§ 46.2-1156.1	Transportation of persons less than sixteen years old in pickup truck beds prohibited; exception
