This is Article 11 of the Code of Virginia, titled “State and Local Motor Vehicle Registration.” It is part of Chapter 6 “Titling and Registration of Motor Vehicles”, which is part of Subtitle II “Titling, Registration and Licensure”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”. It contains 10 laws.
