This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Licensing for Operation of Coal Mines.” It is part of Chapter 5 “Coal Mine Safety Act”, which is part of Part A “Coal Mines Generally”, which is part of Subtitle II “Coal Mining”, which is part of Title 45.2 “Mines, Minerals, and Energy”. It contains 10 laws.
