This is Article 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Involuntary Admissions.” It is part of Chapter 8 “Emergency Custody and Voluntary and Involuntary Civil Admissions”, which is part of Subtitle III “Admissions and Dispositions”, which is part of Title 37.2 “Behavioral Health and Developmental Services”. It contains 20 laws.
