This is Chapter 8 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Noxious Weeds.” It is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions; Protection and Promotion of Agriculture”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”. It contains 10 laws.
