This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Department and Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services.” It is part of Chapter 1 “General Provisions”, which is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions; Protection and Promotion of Agriculture”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”.
