This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Provisions Applicable to Counties, Cities and Towns.” It is part of Chapter 2 “Fire/EMS Departments and Fire/EMS Companies”, which is part of Title 27 “Fire Protection”. It contains 39 laws.
