This is Article 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Death, Withdrawal, or Disqualification of Party Nominee.” It is part of Chapter 5 “Candidates for Office”, which is part of Title 24.2 “Elections”. It contains 3 laws.

§ 24.2-539	Party may nominate when nominee dies, withdraws, or nomination is set aside; duty of party chairman
