This is Chapter 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “The Virginia Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2011.” It is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions”, which is part of Title 23.1 “Institutions of Higher Education; Other Educational and Cultural Institutions”. It contains 11 laws.
