This is Chapter 11 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Estates of Prisoners.” It is part of Title 53.1 “Prisons and Other Methods of Correction”.

It’s comprised of the following 9 sections.

§ 53.1-221 Appointment of committee; bond

§ 53.1-228 Disposal of unclaimed personal property of prisoner
