§ 23.1-1122 Provisions of chapter to control
Insofar as the provisions of this chapter are inconsistent with the provisions of any other general or special law or the charter or other organic law of any institution, the provisions of this chapter control.
History
This law was first created in 1933. The record of its establishment is cataloged at page 92 of that year’s edition of “Acts of Assembly,” the annual state publication listing all changes made to the Code of Virginia in that year. Unfortunately, the 1933 “Acts” aren’t available online. It has been modified 4 times. Those modifications are cataloged by “The Acts of Assembly,” a state publication, by year and chapter.
