This is Article 6 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Ethics in Public Contracting.” It is part of Chapter 43 “Virginia Public Procurement Act”, which is part of Part B “Transaction of Public Business”, which is part of Subtitle II “Administration of State Government”, which is part of Title 2.2 “Administration of Government”. It contains 13 laws.
