This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Regulations.” It is part of Chapter 40 “Administrative Process Act”, which is part of Part B “Transaction of Public Business”, which is part of Subtitle II “Administration of State Government”, which is part of Title 2.2 “Administration of Government”.
