This is Article 8 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Misrepresentations and Other Offenses Connected With Sales.” It is part of Chapter 6 “Crimes Involving Fraud”, which is part of Title 18.2 “Crimes and Offenses Generally”. It contains 36 laws.
