This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 46 “Multicounty Transportation Improvement Districts”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Other Governmental Entities”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”. It contains 15 laws.
