This is Article 7 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Miscellaneous.” It is part of Chapter 26 “Public Finance Act”, which is part of Subtitle II “Powers of Local Government”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”. It contains 5 laws.

It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.
