This is Article 8 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Local Trusts to Fund Postemployment Benefits Other Than Pensions.” It is part of Chapter 15 “Local Government Personnel, Qualification for Office, Bonds, Dual Office Holding and Certain Local Government Officers”, which is part of Subtitle II “Powers of Local Government”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.
