This is Chapter 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Local Government Charters.” It is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions; Charters; Other Forms and Organization of Counties”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”. It contains 10 laws.

It’s comprised of the following 10 sections.

§ 15.2-200	Required procedure for obtaining new charter or amendment
