						<section><p><span class="dictionary">Central station dispatchers</span> <span class="dictionary">employed</span> by a central station that is certified by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) shall be exempt from the training requirements of this article. For the purposes of this section, &#x201C;Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory&#x201D; means the designation given by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to a private sector testing facility that provides product safety testing and <span class="dictionary">certification</span> services.</p></section></text><history>2014, c. 610.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
