						<section><p>Whenever any <span class="dictionary">habeas corpus</span> case is pending in a federal <span class="dictionary">court</span>, upon written request of the <span class="dictionary">Attorney General</span> or any assistant <span class="dictionary">attorney general</span>, a <span class="dictionary">court</span> of this Commonwealth shall transmit to such federal <span class="dictionary">court</span> such records as may be requested.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 8-608.1; 1975, c. 389; 1977, c. 617.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
