						<section><p>If, during the recess of the Supreme <span class="dictionary">Court</span>, the Governor or the Chief Justice of the <span class="dictionary">Court</span> should think the immediate revision of any such <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> to be proper, he may summon the <span class="dictionary">Court</span> for that purpose, to meet on any day to be fixed by him.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 8-606; 1977, c. 617.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
