						<section><p>Any such <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> in an <span class="dictionary">action</span> of ejectment shall be conclusive as to the title or right of <span class="dictionary">possession</span> established in such <span class="dictionary">action</span>, upon the <span class="dictionary">party</span> against whom it is rendered, and against all <span class="dictionary">persons</span> claiming from, through, or under such <span class="dictionary">party</span>, by title accruing after the commencement of such <span class="dictionary">action</span>, except as hereinafter mentioned.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 8-832; 1977, c. 617.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
