						<section><p>Nothing in &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Amendment of trust where gift, grant, or will establishes private foundation or constitutes a charitable trust or a split-interest trust" href="/64.2-736/">64.2-736</a> through <a class="law" title="Interpretation of references to Internal Revenue Code in &#xA7;&#xA7; 64.2-736 through 64.2-739" href="/64.2-740/">64.2-740</a> shall impair the power of a <span class="dictionary">court</span> of competent <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> with respect to any such foundation or trust.</p></section></text><history>2005, c. 935, &#xA7; 55-544.23; 2012, c. 614; 2015, c. 709.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
