						<section><p>A <span class="dictionary">powerholder</span> of a <span class="dictionary">power of appointment</span> that is not presently exercisable may <span class="dictionary">contract</span> to exercise or not to exercise the power only if the <span class="dictionary">powerholder</span>:</p></section>
