						<section><p>Subject to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Rules of classification" href="/64.2-2711/">64.2-2711</a>, and unless the <span class="dictionary">terms of the instrument</span> creating a <span class="dictionary">power of appointment</span> manifest a contrary <span class="dictionary">intent</span>, the power is:</p></section>
