						<section><p>Unless the <span class="dictionary">terms of the instrument</span> creating a <span class="dictionary">power of appointment</span> manifest a contrary <span class="dictionary">intent</span>:</p></section>
						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> The creating, <span class="dictionary">revocation</span>, or amendment of the power is governed by the <span class="dictionary">law</span> of the <span class="dictionary">donor</span>&#x2019;s domicile at the relevant time; and <a id="paragraph-1404407" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/64.2-2705/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
