						<section><p>The costs of all proceedings against a <span class="dictionary">fiduciary</span> who fails without good cause to make the returns and exhibits required shall be paid by him personally, and he shall receive no allowance for the costs in the <span class="dictionary">settlement</span> of his accounts.</p></section></text><history>Code 1919, &#xA7; 5413; Code 1950, &#xA7; 26-23; 2012, c. 614.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
