						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> In all matters directly related to conservation or use of the Commonwealth&#x2019;s water resources, except as otherwise provided by <span class="dictionary">law</span>, the Board is authorized to speak and act for the Commonwealth in all relations with the federal government or with the government of other states or with interstate agencies or authorities directly concerning conservation or use of the Commonwealth&#x2019;s water resources. <a id="paragraph-1400616" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/62.1-44.41/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
