						<section><p>The applicant, to whom any such leave is granted, shall, upon paying to the several parties entitled thereto the compensation so ascertained, become seized in fee simple of the land circumscribed by the commissioners, and be authorized to proceed according to such leave.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 62-102; 1968, c. 659.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
