						<section><p>Upon the filing of any such <span class="dictionary">petition</span>, the <span class="dictionary">court</span> or <span class="dictionary">judge</span> thereof in vacation shall set a time and place for <span class="dictionary">hearing</span> the same, which time and place shall be set forth in the <span class="dictionary">order</span> of publication.
