						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> Any agreement or <span class="dictionary">contract</span> in which the borrower <span class="dictionary">waives</span> the benefits of this chapter or releases any rights he may have acquired under this chapter shall be deemed to be against public policy and void. <a id="paragraph-1396985" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/6.2-306/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
