						<section><p>Each <span class="dictionary">licensee</span> shall submit to the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> a report of its <span class="dictionary">authorized delegates</span> within 45 days after the end of every calendar quarter. The report shall contain such information as may be prescribed by the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> about all <span class="dictionary">authorized delegates</span> that were under <span class="dictionary">contract</span> with the <span class="dictionary">licensee</span> at any point during the calendar quarter. The <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> is authorized and encouraged to allow or require <span class="dictionary">licensees</span> to utilize <span class="dictionary">NMLS</span> for the submission of such reports provided that such functionality is consistent with the requirements of this section.</p></section></text><history>2025, c. 214.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
