						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> A loan <span class="dictionary">contract</span> shall be void if any act has been done in the making or collection thereof that violates &#xA7; <a class="law" title="Compliance with chapter; license required; attempts to evade application of chapter" href="/6.2-1501/">6.2-1501</a>. <a id="paragraph-1395412" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/6.2-1541/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
