						<section><p>If the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> finds that <span class="dictionary">probable cause</span> for <span class="dictionary">revocation</span> of any license exists and that enforcement of the <span class="dictionary">law</span> requires immediate suspension of the license pending investigation, it may, upon three days&#x2019; written notice and a <span class="dictionary">hearing</span>, by the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> or by the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span>, enter an <span class="dictionary">order</span> suspending the license for a period not exceeding 30 days.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 6-291; 1966, c. 584, &#xA7; 6.1-261; 2010, c. 794.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
